SMS Program

This page describes the Volume Path text-messaging program: how consumers opt in, what messages we send, how often, what it costs, and how to opt out. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service & SMS Terms.

Program description

Volume Path, LLC sends informational and conversational text messages to consumers who have requested information about products or services featured in our marketing campaigns — for example, confirming a request, scheduling or confirming an appointment, and following up on an open inquiry. Messages always identify the brand and always include opt-out instructions.

How opt-in works

Consumers join the program in one of two ways:

• Web form opt-in: by submitting a form that collects their phone number alongside a clear, unchecked consent disclosure (example below). Consent is never pre-checked and is not a condition of any purchase.
• Text-in opt-in: by sending a message to one of our registered numbers first.

Every opt-in is recorded with a timestamp, the source URL or channel, and the exact consent language displayed at the time of collection.

Message frequency & cost

• Message frequency varies based on the consumer's inquiry and interaction.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on the consumer's mobile plan.
• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-out & help

• Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message to opt out. One final confirmation message will be sent, then no further messages.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@volumepath.com.
• Opt-outs are honored immediately and applied permanently across all our campaigns.
